Job Summary: As the Multimedia Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our overall marketing strategy that aligns perfectly with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and owning engaging content that supports our brand identity & marketing objectives.
You will collaborate across our whole company to produce multimedia assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Concept development & planning
o Collaborate to understand project goals and generate creative concepts
o Execute project 3melines
o Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, & soMware to keep our marketing fresh & innova3ve- Graphic design
o Create graphics, illustrations, & layouts for website, social, advertisements and other digital media
o Develop or refine visual elements to convey brand message
o Effectively communicate our brand message- Manage multimedia content
o Produce and/or edit video, photos, and graphics for marketing, educational, or entertainment purposes o Build & preserve multimedia libraries
o Revise designs based on feedback to achieve optimal outcomes- Website content
o Expand & create new content & galleries
o Enhance engagement & drive traffic
o Bring and keep everything existing current
Qualifications:
- Possesses the characteristics of an ideal team player
- 3-5 years’ experience as a multimedia designer, preferably in a marketing environment.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent understanding of design principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design soMware, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Audio, AMer Effects, Google Web Designer, Canva, and Wordpress (including Elementor visual builder).
- Familiarity with digital video and photography capture and edi3ng processes.
- Ability to travel as needed
