About the Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients. You'll play a crucial role in understanding their unique needs and connecting them with our high-quality Virtual Assistant services. This involves:

  • Cultivating and expanding client relationships: Building rapport, understanding their business challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Driving revenue growth: Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursuing new business.
  • Ensuring client success: Collaborating with our Virtual Assistant team to guarantee seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Monitoring performance, addressing concerns, and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Achieving sales targets: Managing your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and consistently exceeding performance goals.
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices within the legal field.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success in B2B sales or account management: Experience working with law firms, especially in a legal role (e.g., Case Manager, Paralegal, Firm Operations), is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships, clearly articulate value propositions, and confidently present to clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset: Driven to achieve targets, proactive in identifying opportunities, and committed to exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software: Experience managing client data and tracking sales activity.
