We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist 4 in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role centers on providing high-level administrative support. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for conducting research, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and providing customer service in a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide visitors in the premises.
- Handle the telephone or console switchboard and provide accurate information.
- Receive and dispatch packages through courier services.
- Keep track of visitor logs and/or call records, provide security passes/badges.
- Execute typing, filing, and other clerical duties.
- Manage boardroom scheduling and equipment.
- Provide additional administrative support as required, such as photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
- Maintain confidentiality and organize information effectively.
- Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and management
- Ability to carry out Research tasks to support office operations
- Good command of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
- Familiarity with About Time software for efficient time management
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including handling calls and scheduling appointments
- Understanding of Security protocols to maintain a safe office environment
- Fast Typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence
- Experience in Clerical Duties, such as organizing and maintaining files
- Proficiency in Filing systems to ensure organized document management
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation and editing
- Understanding of Conductivity to manage office communications effectively
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective team collaboration
- Ability to operate Photocopy machines for document reproduction
- Excellent Detail Oriented Communication skills for correspondence
- Experience with Courier Services to manage office deliveries efficiently
