Your Role: As an RBT / Associate Clinical Supervisor at LBS, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. You will:
- Provide direct therapy to clients in their homes or community settings.
- Provide supervision for BTs/RBTs under the supervision of a BCBA
- Lead Parent meetings under BCBA supervision
- Regularly meet with assigned supervisor
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare detailed session notes.
- Work directly with clients while simultaneously collecting data.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients and team members.
- Implement individualized goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or in the process of completing one), or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Candidates pursuing their BCBA are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation
- A strong passion for working with toddlers, children, and teens (ages 2-22).
