Job Duties:

• Assists the Assistant Manager in training and retaining high-quality team members
• Partners with the Manager to ensure the development of internal talent and attract external talent
• Checking off trucks.
• Delegating tasks of employees making sure they are staying on task.
• Receiving trucks and mattresses and furniture.
• Delegate Material Transfer Orders and ensuring they are accurate.
• Keeping track of productivity and maximizing their efficiency with unloading trucks.
• Reporting damaged furniture.
• Receiving in all furniture for warehouse. Directs operational personnel in their day-to-day duties.
• The manager could assign other duties

• Availability to work on weekends and some travel to other Distribution Centers to assist if needed, as determined by the Director.
• Candidate must pass a credit check, background check, motor vehicle records, DOT physical and a drug test.
