Job Description- Site Oversight: Assisting the superintendent in managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
- Coordination: Coordinating the work of subcontractors, ensuring they follow project plans and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Communication: Serving as a liaison between the construction team, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve any issues that arise.
- Quality Control: Monitoring construction activities to ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to the specific requirements of healthcare facilities.
- Safety Management: Enforcing safety policies and procedures on-site, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any incidents or changes to project scope.
- Problem Solving: Assisting in identifying potential issues and developing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Training and Mentorship: Supporting the development of junior staff and workers through training and mentorship on best practices and compliance within healthcare construction.
