- Proficient in operating a switchboard, specifically handling 1 - 10 lines.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
- Ability to compose correspondence with clarity and precision.
- Proficient in using office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
