Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
- Safety and Standards: Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.

- Qualifications:
- Experience Matters: At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
