10+ Yr Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Multiple State bar admission is preferred (AZ plus NV, NM, CO, CA, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases that proceed to litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Prepare and respond to pleadings and motions with precision, adhering to all relevant legal requirements and deadlines
• Handle the discovery process proficiently, including drafting discovery requests, responses, and conducting depositions
• Prepare for and represent clients at court hearings, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
• Utilize negotiation skills to reach favorable settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies with a strategic mindset
• Plan, execute, and adapt to changing circumstances in complex personal injury cases
• Interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, independent work environment
• Prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines with strong time management skills
• Ensure accuracy in legal documents and case management with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney
• Demonstrated proficiency in Personal Injury Plaintiffs
• Substantial experience in Civil Litigation, including trial experience
• Must possess a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed in Arizona
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong research and report-writing abilities
• Proven track record in winning personal injury cases
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
