Description:
The RN NICU Care Coordinator ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality care to critically ill infants in the NICU. This role involves coordinating care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the medical team to optimize treatment outcomes.The nurse will also educate parents and provide emotional support throughout the baby’s recovery journey. Level III NICU experience and NRP Advanced certification are required.
