Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking a dynamic Staff Accountant to join our client's financial team. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and has a broad understanding of accounting principles. As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be responsible for the preparation of journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs.
2. Follows company's established accounting processes.
3. Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
4. Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
5. Assist with the month-end closing process, conducting research and making correction journal entries for account discrepancies, finalize monthly revenue.
6. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
7. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
8. 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
9. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
10. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills.
12. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
