Job Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time, Remote
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Offer crisis intervention when required.
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong ability to build relationships in a virtual setting.
