Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this position.A long-term contract opportunity located in the Southwest Metro.
How you will make an impact:
- Prescreen prospective candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Track and manage all compliance
- Pull and analyze reports
- Perform various administrative duties
- Post jobs on various boards
- Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
- Maintain employee database records
- Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Proven ability to use the internet for research
