As a Mgr-Regional Sales, you will build and manage relationships with our distributor partners and achieve sales targets in your assigned market areas. You will sell Car-O-Liner collision repair products to automotive collision repair national accounts that may include dealership collision centers, and MSO body shops.

Snap-on TSS (Total Shop Solutions) has a wide range of premium products that help collision centers and auto body repair shops increase productivity and boost profits.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to the collision industry.
  • Develop, foster, and sustain relationships with assigned distributor partners.
  • Responsible for generating sales growth of Car-O-Liner products within assigned markets.
  • Analyze territory potential, track sales, and generate reporting to management.
  • Perform quarterly & annual business reviews for assigned distributor partners. The ability to understand sales figures is crucial.
  • Generate and expedite resolution of customer & distributor concerns with professional courtesy and appropriate escalation.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, and work with distribution to grow existing Key Accounts
  • Responsible for generating sales growth of Car-O-Liner and cross functional coordination of TSS products for Key Accounts
  • Work collaboratively with essential service & training team members to deliver cohesive customer experience.
  • Business development and customer connections with Key Accounts

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in business, marketing, or related field experience
  • Professional outside sales experience with portfolio consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong technical abilities and familiarity with automotive collision equipment preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with concurrent timelines.
  • Energetic, sense of urgency, motivated to sell, passion for industry, and positive representation of Car-O-Liner and the Snap-on TSS brands.
  • Commitment to the sales of premium collision repair equipment.
  • Previous success with distributor sales management within capital equipment sales, both direct and indirect preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • MS Excel proficiency is a requirement
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Effectively managing a balance between travel, in-person office duties and occasional remote work. Prioritize tasks, utilize time management strategies, and maintain clear communication, deliver consistent results while adapting to different environments and schedules.
  • Required travel may include up to 30% to serve distribution and Key Accounts. Initial travel may exceed 30% during the on-boarding period for the first 6 months.
