Overview:
K-Designers - Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager’s objective is to develop profitable sales while increasing installed revenue as prescribed by the sales plan. Regional Sales Manager agrees to perform and assume the responsibilities of the day-to-day activities of the branch office in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and directing the sales managers, marketing directors, production department, and the administrative staff of the Branch.
- The manager must have dedication to superior customer service with urgency for all K-Designers customers and the company
- Manager agrees to cooperate with K-Designers management team and support the decisions made by the Senior Home Office Management.
- Company policies and directives are to be followed and enforced.
- Manager is to remain enthusiastic around all K-Designers employees, associates and customers
- Manager is to safeguard all K-Designers confidential forms from outside sources. Manager agrees to protect all K-Designers literature, forms, sales techniques and confidential information. Manager also agrees to protect K-Designers proprietary business practices, sales aids, policies, procedures and customer lists
- Interview sales reps and installer crews weekly to grow capacity levels
- Train and develop sales reps/installers in accordance with K-Designers sales and installation processes
- The manager’s minimum hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and nights and weekends, as well as meet with customers after 5pm as needed. At times and when necessary the manager may be required to increase the hours worked to fit current business needs.
- Requesting time off must be approved by the Home Office in advance prior taking the time (see bulletin 0-222)
- Manager must run, with new Marketing Directors or Sales Managers, a minimum of 12 leads per month in order to qualify for the monthly bonus programs.
o Of the 12 leads, the Branch Manager must present a minimum of 3
o Branch Manager must submit, to the Home Office, a written report of the leads run detailing the results weekly
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ experience in sales, direct “B to C” sales experience is a plus!
- Minimum 1-year verifiable experience directing a sales team of 5+ or more sales reps
- Must exhibit strong motivational and leadership qualities
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, morale and spirit among all sales and support staff
- History of success and achievement in previous position(s)
