As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoices, handling customer accounts.

This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues.
  • Maintain and update customer billing accounts and records.
  • Prepare and distribute billing drafts for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Collections, Contracting/Budgeting and Customer Service, to resolve billing concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and customer data.
  • This position is Full-Time (in office).
