Responsibilities:
- Oversee and plan all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Track and forecast project-level financials, providing regular reports to executives.
- Collaborate with field supervisors, foremen, fabrication shop foremen, VDC/CAD/Detailing personnel, project engineers, and project accountants to ensure effective coordination.
- Develop and manage project schedules to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate change management processes by assembling estimates, budgets, and proposals.
- Efficiently manage subcontractors and vendors, fostering strong working relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.
- Attend project meetings to provide updates and ensure effective communication.
- Mentor and guide subordinates to enhance their professional development.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring potential future opportunities.
