Accounting Clerk

We are offering a contract for an Accounting Clerk position in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As an Accounting Clerk, your main responsibilities will include managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating with warehouse staff. This role is within the industry and requires specific skills such as account reconciliation and proficiency in various software including QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Management and maintenance of accurate inventory counts
• Processing and handling of all shipping orders
• Coordination and guidance of warehouse staff for efficient inventory pulling and packing
• Utilization of QuickBooks and NetSuite for various tasks, including the transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite
• Regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Handling of accounts payable and receivable, including billing and invoice processing
• Efficient data entry for maintaining up-to-date records
• Use of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth operations and transition of systems • Proficiency in account reconciliation is a must
• Experience working with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Familiarity with billing procedures and data entry tasks is necessary
• Ability to process invoices efficiently and accurately is essential
• Advanced competence in Microsoft Excel is required
• Knowledge of Oracle financial software is advantageous
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is desirable
• Familiarity with SAP financial software is preferred
• Experience with NetSuite ERP software is a plus
