Responsibilities
Bagging Operations: Operating and monitoring bagging machines to ensure efficient and accurate filling of bags with carrots.Quality Control: Inspecting bags for proper weight, sealing, and labeling to meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Record Keeping: Documenting production quantities, machine performance, and any issues that arise during the shift.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues or malfunctions with the bagging equipment.
Collaboration: Working closely with other team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve any operational challenges.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of machinery, including understanding controls and settings.
Packaging Materials Management: Managing the supply of packaging materials, ensuring they are readily available for continuous operations.
