Description
Boston Speech, a woman and therapist-owned company, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist. You will work with a diverse population and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. This is a charter school-based position, and it will be elementary or middle school students.This position is Part -time & Full time, in-person, and flexible hours with one year Contract. This position has a competitive rate of $70-75 HR
Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and impairment
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
- Caseload is between 50-55 students
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification
- Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in specialized technology related to speech-language pathology
