Pre-Owned Sales Manager:

Our dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced, energetic Pre-Owned Sales Manager. We are looking for an individual with a strong pre-owned background to manage our business at our New Car and separate pre-owned locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the ability to take charge and focus on a superior customer buying experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to effectively manage all areas of the used car department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.
  • Experience with various internet and retail tools.
  • Ability to forecast goals and objectives for pre-owned vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Possess strong closing abilities, people skills and ability to work with lenders.
  • Understands and keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high standards are held from the sales process and disclosure to delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Totally motivate our Sales Team to always embrace and follow all dealership processes/policies.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to connect with customers, our team and other management.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or managing a Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. Experience and knowledge of finance operations, knowledge of bank programs and ability to create excellent lender relationships are important for this position.
