(Travel Required)

• Tech-Savvy Communications: Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, emails, and complete daily check sheets and work orders without fail.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs using power tools such as saws, drills, torches, and backpack blowers.
• On-Call Availability: Be prepared to handle emergency maintenance requests on an on-call basis.
• Coordination & Communication: Work effectively with contractors, tenants, property managers, and ownership teams, displaying excellent communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.

• Proficient in using a variety of power tools
• Strong ability to manage communication through phone, text, and email and complete daily work logs
• Will be required to drive between various building
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and complete duties in a timely manner
• Previous experience in maintenance or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond to frequent schedule changes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues.
• Management/team experience and leadership in janitorial preferred.
• Must be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform.

• Physical requirements include climbing ladders, stooping, standing, bending, stretching
• regularly lifting 50 pounds or more

• Willingness to work outside.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to be on call
• Must be able to travel between Allen Park, Canton and Westland area.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must hold a valid driver's licens and be able to pass a background check
