Planisware Developer

The successful candidate will work on tasks beyond simple resource management, addressing unique challenges such as clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and R&D project optimization.

• Algorithm Development: Develop custom algorithms within Planisware to support complex Life Sciences workflows, including decision-making processes, project timeline optimization, and data analysis.
• Process Automation & Optimization: Design and implement solutions that automate and optimize aspects of project management in Life Sciences, enhancing efficiency in data handling, reporting, and tracking.
• System Customization: Customize Planisware's workflows and structures to meet specific needs of Life Sciences projects.
• Integration of Complex Data Models: Develop algorithms for integrating complex data flows between Planisware and other Life Sciences systems, ensuring effective data exchange for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Life Sciences Teams: Design solutions that align with the specific needs of R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Utilize Planisware’s capabilities to develop customized reporting structures and analytical algorithms.
• Compliance and Validation: Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in algorithm development within Planisware, focused on Life Sciences.
• Expertise in scripting and custom algorithm development in Planisware.
• Experience integrating Planisware with other Life Sciences systems and handling large datasets.
• Proven ability to develop solutions for complex business needs in R&D, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Planisware development including scripting, algorithm creation, and system customization.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and complex workflows in Planisware.
• Strong understanding of databases and Life Sciences-specific systems and project management tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing business processes through algorithmic solutions and data handling.
• Communication: Excellent skills, capable of explaining complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
