Responsibilities- Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process
- Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies
- Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
- Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
- Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes
- Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

- Comprehensive knowledge of Annual Financial Reporting
- Hyperion Financial Reporting experience
- Expertise in Financial Records
- General familiarity with Month-end Financial
- Good understanding of Month-end Close Activities
- Practical knowledge of Month-end Reports
- Adeptness in month end closings
- Month-end Reports experience highly preferred
- Background working with Month-end Journal Entries
- Experience with financial auditing

- 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
- CPA/MBA preferred
