Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and provide technical expertise as required to the Mill, Shipping, Slitter, and Quality

• Ensure all employees are trained to perform their respective jobs, including the purpose of the

• Review daily operating reports for compliance and communicate operational, manufacturing, and

• Prepare a variety of reports and other information for senior management
• Work safely and enforce the workplace safety practices set forth by Atlas Tube Inc. & MIOSHA
• Review daily operating reports and report operational, manufacturing, maintenance issues and shift

• Troubleshoot operational and tooling problems to improve quality and efficiency
• Build and maintain a positive team-oriented environment amongst and between Mill, Shipping,
