Job Summary
The Workers' Compensation Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the workers’ compensation program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role involves working closely with employees, managers, insurance carriers, and legal teams to facilitate claims resolution and support injured employees in their return-to-work process.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Manage the workers' compensation claims process, including timely reporting, investigation, documentation, and resolution of claims.
- Serve as the primary liaison between employees, managers, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including OSHA and workers' compensation laws.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of claims, ensuring proper documentation of injuries, treatments, and settlements.
- Collaborate with safety teams to analyze trends and recommend strategies to reduce workplace injuries.
- Monitor return-to-work programs and coordinate accommodations as necessary to facilitate employees' reintegration into the workplace.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on workers' compensation policies and injury prevention.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and company leadership.
- Stay current on legal and regulatory updates related to workers' compensation and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
Qualifications- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in workers' compensation administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws, and safety practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with claims management systems preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- This position primarily operates in an office environment but may require occasional visits to company worksites.

Pay Range: USD $66,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
