Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee performance, recruitment, and compensation
Identify and track key HR metrics such as employee turnover rate, time to hire, employee engagement, and performance levels
Create reports and presentations using charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to HR leadership
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in recruitment, employee development, compensation, and workforce planning
