Senior Merchandise Intelligence Analyst
General Summary & Scope- The Merchandise Operations (MerchOps) BI team is tasked with providing data-driven solutions to meet the objectives of the Merchandising organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations) to ensure all solutions and their dependencies are addressed comprehensively.
- Work closely with IT teams to gain insights into key merchandising and BI applications, serving as a bridge between the business and technology.
- As a Senior Merchandise Intelligence Analyst, use your analytical skills to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance visibility and streamline processes.
- Key focus areas include Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.
- Partner with MerchOps BI leadership to understand and prioritize requests across projects, enhancements, ad-hoc needs, documentation, and system testing.
- Current technologies in use include HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases on the backend, along with Tableau and WEBI as front-end tools.
- Contribute to training and skill development in GCP, Python, and Power BI as the team's needs evolve.
