We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a small but efficient team, based in Norwalk, Connecticut. This role entails managing service requests, coordinating with technicians, maintaining customer relations, and support in billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming help desk requests through phone and our PSA system
• Assign and dispatch tasks to technicians based on the complexity and urgency of the tasks
• Monitor project work to ensure full and productive workdays and maximize billable time
• Manage shipping support, focusing on deadlines for new PCs and other time-sensitive work
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring all requests and needs are properly addressed
• Maintain accurate client contact records and ensure all documentation is easily accessible and updated by technicians
• Assist in onboarding new customers by entering all relevant information into our systems
• Check product warranties and schedule vendor repairs as necessary
• Ensure that technicians are entering all their time throughout the day and that the entries properly reflect the work done
• Track purchases and inventory supplies, and send POs and receipts to our bookkeeping company.
