We have a 12 month contract opportunity for an Onspring Specialist for the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. This role is fully remote, however standard business hours are 8- 5 CST.

Job Summary: The Onspring Specialist will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Onspring platform, a robust workflow and business process automation tool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Onspring platform and will be responsible for helping the organization maximize the value of its use to capture and record risk.

This role will involve configuring and customizing workflows, managing integrations, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal usage of Onspring to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.The Onspring Specialist will provide technical support, conduct training, and serve as a subject matter expert for Onspring users.

Key Responsibilities:

Onspring Platform Configuration:

Configure, customize, and optimize workflows, processes, and reporting in Onspring to meet organizational needs.

Design and implement automated processes within Onspring to support business operations.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing technical support for users, addressing any system issues or challenges.

Troubleshoot and resolve Onspring-related issues and system errors in a timely manner.

User Training and Documentation:

Develop training materials and provide training sessions to Onspring users across different departments.

Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for Onspring configurations, workflows, and best practices.

Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with the cybersecurity team to gather requirements and develop Onspring solutions.

Coordinate with IT and development teams to integrate Onspring with other systems as required.

System Maintenance and Upgrades:

Stay up-to-date with Onspring software updates and new features, ensuring the platform is running efficiently.

Perform regular system maintenance, including data backups and troubleshooting.

Reporting and Analytics:

Create custom reports and dashboards in Onspring to support decision-making and track business performance in effectively mitigating risk.

Use data analytics to monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Process Improvement:

Identify and recommend process improvements within the platform, leveraging Onspring's capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with Onspring. (5-7 years of experience desired)

Experience in process management, business workflow optimization, or similar fields.

Experience with data integration and API management.

Familiarity with business process management (BPM) principles.

Experience working in the healthcare industry

Skills:

strong understanding of Onspring's functionality and customization options.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Certifications:

Onspring certification or similar process automation platform certification (preferred).

Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are highly preferred.
