Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in the Information Technology industry, based in New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services, coordinating project teams, and managing client relations.
Pay: Starting at $130,000/annually (plus full-time benefits)
This role also entails driving continuous improvement in our processes and ensuring quality delivery.

Qualifications:
- 6-8 years in production/delivery, people management, process improvements,
- AI/LLM background preferred
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including raters, QAs, team leads, and managers, to ensure smooth project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives. Implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary
- Continuously assess and improve project delivery processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development and career growth.
- Possess strong communication skills for effectively conveying compliance requirements across the organization
- Must have experience in handling complaints and implementing effective solutions
- Familiarity with performance management and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting to manage compliance-related expenses
- Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and data
- Proven ability to increase productivity through effective compliance strategies
- Must have a solid understanding of IT industry regulations and standards
- Should possess a proactive approach to identifying risks and suggesting mitigation strategies
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to implement compliance policies
- Demonstrate strong ethical standards and promote integrity across the organization
- Must be able to interpret complex information and explain it in a clear and simple manner
- Should be able to keep up-to-date with changing industry regulations and standards
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills to address compliance issues effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
