Production Manager

This role also entails driving continuous improvement in our processes and ensuring quality delivery.

Location: Hybrid (New Jersey office)

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years in production/delivery, people management, process improvements,
• AI/LLM background preferred
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including raters, QAs, team leads, and managers, to ensure smooth project execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
• Monitor project performance using key metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives. Implement corrective actions as needed
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary
• Continuously assess and improve project delivery processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development and career growth.
• Possess strong communication skills for effectively conveying compliance requirements across the organization
• Must have experience in handling complaints and implementing effective solutions
• Familiarity with performance management and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting to manage compliance-related expenses
• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and data
• Proven ability to increase productivity through effective compliance strategies
• Must have a solid understanding of IT industry regulations and standards
• Should possess a proactive approach to identifying risks and suggesting mitigation strategies
• Ability to collaborate with different departments to implement compliance policies
• Demonstrate strong ethical standards and promote integrity across the organization
• Must be able to interpret complex information and explain it in a clear and simple manner
• Should be able to keep up-to-date with changing industry regulations and standards
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills to address compliance issues effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure all compliance requirements are met
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance training programs.
