Job Description

The Construction Superintendent - CT will be responsible for:

Supervise and mentor the workforce in assigned project areas
Coordinate fieldwork through proper organization, planning, and collaboration with trade partners
Participate in weekly scheduling and management meetings with trade partners
Promote and enforce site-specific safety plans and principles
Participate in project scheduling to ensure completion within deadlines
Maintain accurate cost and production records
Ensure materials received are inspected for quality and accuracy, and that proper documentation is maintained
Oversee quality control for both company and trade partners to meet high standards
Manage the punch list process to ensure timely project turnover to the owner
Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure quality and customer service
Assist with BIM and VDC coordination, ensuring issue resolution and timely submittal processes

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Superintendent - CT has:

5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor
OSHA certification (preferred)
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Experience leading ground-up construction projects and managing a large team
Experience with Procore or Bluebeam
