Our Account Executives are strategic partners to existing key enterprise accounts. You will collaborate directly with various stakeholders to understand their organization, identify their needs, and craft solutions to maximize budget and protect facility assets.
Organic growth is the paramount objective in this role, unlocking new corporate regions, franchisees, and current volume through excellent customer service. Developing and executing tailored brand strategies with marketing teammates is also an important part of this growth.

The Account Executive will lead their team and have Account Manager(s) assigned to their brand to help with geographic coverage, coordination, and growth efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand individual brand goals and objectives. This will also require collaborating with the Operations team to develop and/or execute comprehensive and effective solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders. This includes serving as the primary contact for brand-related inquiries and any issues regarding customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning to align brand strategies and needs with Roofing Source’s services.
  • Campaign Analysis: Work with the marketing team to monitor and analyze the performance of individual campaigns. This includes providing insights on campaign effectiveness and generating data-driven recommendations and reports on a regular basis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure successful execution of individual campaigns, strategies, and goals of stakeholders.
  • Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations of respective Account Managers on your team and provide direction, coaching, and feedback as needed
  • Training: Assisting with the training and development of respective Account Managers on your team
  • Representation: Attending trade shows to network and deliver presentations. Site visits may be required on occasion.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and client accounts effectively
  • 3 years minimum experience in AM, AE, or BD roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients, as well as deliver presentations or conduct site visits
  • Proficiency with Google Workplace and Hubspot
  • Superfluous organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Trades and commercial service industry experience (nice to have)
Compensation and Benefits:
An Account Executive’s industry competitive salary varies depending on a candidate's professional experience. Most candidates receive a starting salary of $85,000+/year with up to a 25% bonus.

Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year are $95,000-$125,000. Candidates with previous experience selling roofing or facilities management services may be eligible for a higher starting salary.
