Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage various commercial construction projects, including interior finishes, site work, and new building construction. This role involves working closely with subcontractors, project managers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee commercial construction projects: remodels, site work, and new builds.
• Conduct preconstruction meetings to address safety, schedules, and subcontractor roles.
• Assist PM in subcontractor buyouts and negotiate pricing within budget.
• Manage materials and vendor/subcontractor follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Direct subcontractors and laborers professionally and efficiently.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience (remodels and ground-up projects).
• Proficiency in Procore and ability to build schedules in Microsoft Projects.
• Strong knowledge of grading, utilities, and site coordination.
• Exceptional management, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel/stay on job sites in the Southeast.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on your feet, and adapt to varying job site conditions.

Pay Range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
