The Eliot Center in Concord is seeking an Administrative Assistant with two years of experience. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. Eliot's Counseling and Psychiatry Services offer a full spectrum of mental health and substance use recovery services to children, adults, and families.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with front desk operations, providing back-up coverage, including but not limited to, answering phones, retrieving messages, greeting clients, scheduling doctor’s appointments, entering data into electronic medical record (EMR).
+ Run eligibility report and identify changes/lapses of coverage; assist billing department with other tasks
+ Provide support services to all aspects of clinical operations, i.e., distribute lab work and other correspondence; scan forms into EMR
+ Assist with medical records, sending out releases, obtaining information and updating release of information log.
+ Assist with maintaining accuracy of EMR, i.e., updating EMR reminder system, clininican assignment, running reports
+ Help manage room availability log sheets and help staff find office space if needed.
+ Monitor supply of all clinical and administrative paperwork to ensure availability of forms.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmCompensation: $20.00/hour
