The Pines at Glens Falls is looking for Unit Helpers to join the team!
What We Offer:

What You Will Do:
- Observes residents and reports to the charge nurse immediately if any unusual conditions/accidents/incidents occur.
- Assists with serving meals to include documenting consumption.
- Delivers nourishments and water pitchers.
- Cares for clean/soiled linen. Maintains clean and orderly resident rooms daily and assures the call light cord is always within easy reach of the resident.
- Makes rounds on our residents and answer call lights
- Organizes resident rooms to include cleaning, inventory of personal items and labeling.
- Makes bed, remove laundry, and deliver laundry as needed.
- Provide non-hands-on care to resident such as setting them up with items, providing supervision and/or cuing the resident to perform self-care.

Rate of Pay: USD $15.80 - USD $16.25 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Nursing Assistant Trainee include:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to learn and grow in a Long-Term Care setting
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
