Job Description
Jun Cyber, a leader in cybersecurity compliance and IT services, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for cybersecurity, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute creative marketing strategies.The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Jun Cyber as a trusted partner in cybersecurity compliance and IT services.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support Jun Cyber’s business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Set and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Maintain and enhance the Jun Cyber brand across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop SEO-optimized content to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, PPC, and display advertising.
- Oversee the development and management of the company website and ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including webinars, trade shows, and company-hosted events like BSides St. Pete.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and influencers.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust campaigns and improve ROI.
Qualifications
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks (CMMC, ISO 27001, SOC 2) is a plus.
