Front Desk Agent/ Office Admin Assis/ Customer Service
Candidates who are self starters meanwhile problem solvers and make reasonable administrative decisions based on company policies and practices.
This position entails verifying, processing online and wholesale sales orders, screening new accounts, communicating with clientele regarding available stock availability. In person interaction is highly encouraged especially over the phone. In addition, we have a team of with virtual assistants to clarifying skus from e-commerce platforms and some invoicing.Finally dispatching and coordinating pick ups and preapproving credit/terms of clients.
Job requirements:
Customer service experience with gratifying phone/ in person interaction.Excellent verbal and written business etiquette.
High degree of organization and some weekly client follow-up
Dispatching and coordinating pick ups and credit/terms of clients.
Ability to manage a busy work environment.
A plus familiarity in:
Bill of LadingProcessing customer credit card payments
Invoicing
Microsoft 365
Customer Invoice and Vendor Invoice scanning and filing
QuickBooks and/or Mod2 is a plus
Ad hoc reporting, creates excel worksheet reports as requested by management
