You will serve as the first point of contact for external callers and visitors, as well as liaise with various levels of the organization.

• Administer all incoming calls professionally and ensure they are redirected as necessary
• Provide callers with relevant company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website details
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to provide a positive experience and ensure support
• Handle advanced sales order entry through customer portals and communicate with Operations as required
• Welcome and direct visitors appropriately
• Act as a liaison between Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Operations Manager to expedite orders and meet delivery dates
• Perform related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
• Carry out other assigned duties as necessary.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Capability for efficient data entry
• Ability to manage detail oriented email correspondence
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word
• Ability to organize files systematically
• Experience in scheduling appointments
