Inside Sales Representative
Randstad has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative!
Our client has been in the technology and marketing services industry for 20+ years and is continuing to grow. We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep to help clients simplify and strengthen their marketing.In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and present innovative products and services.
Key Duties:
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate new business
- Present products tailored to your customer's needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Leverage CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities
What You Bring:
- Proven success in an inside sales (or similar) role
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM tools similar to HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

- $16,000 commission earnings potential
