Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities- Part of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively
- Provides guidance and support to team members, continuously improves processes all while leading by example
- Sets clear performance objectives and provides regular feedback and coaching
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures
- Handles escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or sensitive issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to monitor order updates or quality issues
- Coordinates training for new team members & provides ongoing training and development to enhance team performance
