Maintenance technician
The technician will work closely with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, using tools and testing instruments, while following safety and environmental guidelines. This is a 3rd shift position (10:00 pm - 6:00 am), with a starting pay of $30 - $33 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential. The role requires availability for overtime, holidays, and weekends, and involves working in various industrial conditions, including hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments.
Applicants should have at least two years of maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, or a relevant mechanical maintenance degree.

Responsibilities
Equipment (Maintenance Technicians) ( Heavy on the Electrical side) Repairing, installing, adjusting/aligning, and testing industrial machinery and mechanical
equipment using hand and power tools and various test equipment

Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and working with: o PLCs
o HMIso A/C & D/C motors
o Up to 480 motors

- Performing periodic maintenance to improve machine reliability and uptime
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment per plant policies
- Working with motors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, conveyors, and production equipment
- Troubleshooting electrical and PLC systems
- Reading diagrams and manuals for installations
- Using hand/power tools and precision instruments
- Collaborating with operations to prioritize maintenance needs
- Maintaining accurate logs for maintenance activities
- Adhering to safety and environmental policies
- Willing to work any shift, including weekends and overtime
