Church Secretary
A professional and welcoming attitude is essential. The position is 16 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 1 PM. If you are organized and eager to support our client, we’d love to hear from you!
salary: $15 - $18 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 1 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities- Supporting the pastor as needed with office tasks including, but not limited to making copies, filing, and preparing documents
- Attend to office visitors and provide support as needed
- Answer phone calls
- Process incoming mail
- Receive and process deliveries
- Update and maintain the church calender
- Order and maintain needed office supplies
- Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is required)
- Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
- Manage office supplies (1 year of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 1 year
- Experience level: Experienced
