In this role, you will:
+ Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
+ Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, soda fountain, stainess steel surfaces, etc.
+ Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
+ Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and mandatory instructions
+ Take out the trash and break down cardboard, cleaning garbage receptacles when necessary
+ Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
Qualifications:
+ Great communication skills
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Must be willing at times to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays
