Job Duties:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

This valued team member:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
Providing product information and guidance to customers
Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
Maintaining accurate customer records
Provides quotes
Processes orders from initial order entry until delivery which includes working with shipping and production.

Requirements:

Requirements include:

Basic math skills, including ability to work with percentages and decimals required
Experience working on a computer, SAP preferred
Prior customer service experience helpful
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Well organized, attention to detail and critical thinking
Ability to follow instructions, fast learner and capable of multi-tasking
Data entry experience
High school diploma required; some college preferred
