About the Role:
As an integral member of our laboratory team, you will play a critical role in conducting various clinical tests and analyses to support the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of diseases. - Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests and analyses using various types of equipment and technology.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures.

- Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field; Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science preferred.
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Proficient in a wide range of laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
