Concord - Large Group Account Manager
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on Small and Large group markets, funding mechanisms (fully insured, self-insured, captives), ancillary lines, ACA Shared Responsibility, Affordability requirements, and compliance needs (e.g., SPDs, annual notices).
- Interpret medical loss ratio (MLR) for experience-rated groups, make renewal and plan recommendations, and negotiate renewal rates with carriers.
- Develop multi-year planning strategies and facilitate wellness programs to align with client goals.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, renewals, and employee education sessions, accommodating flexible schedules and travel requirements.
- Oversee NEEBCo Connect site builds, manage enrollment with carriers, and collaborate with Underwriters, Carriers, and Third-Party Administrators.
- Assist clients with regulatory audits (DOL, CMS), maintain strong client relationships, and provide proactive service support.
- Pursue business growth by handling client service inquiries, obtaining referrals, generating leads, and conducting sales calls.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Medicare A, B & D.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with co-workers, clients and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle interruptions.
- Work proactively and efficiently in a hybrid work model while maintaining strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication abilities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
