Job Description- Assist in the detailed planning and coordination of construction projects.
- Actively participate in project meetings and monitor project progress.
- Manage and oversee project documentation.
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project budget and schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in the resolution of any arising issues or challenges on the construction site.
- Support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Assistant Project Manager' should have:
- Ground up residential construction experience, ideally high-rise.
- Commutable to all 5 boroughs and neighboring markets like Westchester and Northern New Jersey.
- A strong educational background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Excellent ability to communicate and coordinate effectively.
- Strong understanding of the property and construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
- A competitive salary package in the range of $90,000 - $145,000.
