Talent Acquisition Intern

Overview:

Woolpert is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at our Dayton office. This position reports to the University and Community Relations Manager and is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Woolpert, you will:

• Assist in the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Compile company information, templates, preferred vendors, email templates, etc to be used within the new ATS
• Research campus career fair dates, pricing, registration, tracking, coordination and working with Marketing on booth and collateral
• Market and spotlight our intern and internship program with the assistance of our Internal Communications Marketing department
• Assist with various talent acquisition reports
• Work with the recruiters to source passive candidates on LinkedIn
• Standardize job description and audit ongoing
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably with at least junior status
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing or Liberal Sciences (or related)
• Have a passion and interest in recruiting, talent acquisition and/or human resources
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Canva preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be self-motivated and self-reliant
