Responsibilities

Position details:

  • In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Administrative Assistance; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Administrative Assistance impact. Perform complex administrative support tasks. Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
  • Will support Senior Leaders on admin support

FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work Orders
  • Making sure common areas are clean

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and send client communication, including newsletters, reports, and updates.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Handle office correspondence, including mail distribution, email management and phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and orders as needed.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, reports, and financial plans.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating seminars, workshops, and other client events.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
